Declaration of Value and Limit of Liability
Green Light Express’s liability for loss or damage is limited to US$50.00 on shipments with no declared value. If the value of your goods exceeds US$100.00, you can declare a higher value, up to US$20,000.00 per package, or US$50,000 per pallet for Green Light Express Freight (subject to terms and conditions) by entering the declared value in the Green Light Express shipping system and paying an additional charge. Declared Value charges for freight collect and third-party shipments may be billed to your shipper account. For more information, contact Green Light Express. By Using the Green Light Express on line ordering system and not declaring a value on your shipment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Green Light Express is an overnight delivery service unless other arrangements have been made or other services paid for. Any loss or damage claims must be made within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Any requests for proof of delivery must be made within 21 days of the delivery date.
