As is always the case Green Light Express does it best to keep prices stable so our customers can have a good grasp of their shipping budget. We usually evaluate our costs March of every year and make any adjustments at that time. We have held our pricing steady for the last 18 months. Unfortunately, the raising cost of gas and tolls we are forcer to make adjustments beginning October 1st. there will be an increase of 3%. IMPORTANT NEWS - August 24th, 2020
Dear Dental Office,
As we all have found ourselves living and working in the “new normal,” we continually strive to make our service more streamlined to assure continued high quality service and competitive pricing.
To continue full compliance with the current DOT and CDC guidelines, we will be changing our pickup policy at all offices, effective September 8th, 2020.
1. Starting September 8th, 2020, all requests for same-day-pickups must be place before 10:00 AM that day. Any requests placed after 10:00 AM will be serviced the next business day (with the exception of pickups on delivery; when a driver is at your office making a delivery he will also be able to make the pickup automatically).
2. To minimize contact, we ask that all offices have the pick up (box or bag) completely sealed and ready for pickup. The package must be sealed and labeled clearly stating which lab it is going to.
3. Optionally, to further minimize contact and create as little disruption to your employees as possible, we would like to set up a designated place to facilitate the package exchange.
Starting September 8th, 2020, we will offer placement of lock boxes located at the front or back door of your office. Please contact Green Light Express for pricing and availability.

COVID19 UPDATE - June 1st, 2020
GREEN LIGHT EXPRESS is in full operation. We are servicing all industries and operating our normal business hours 5am to 7pm.
Due to many new procedures and safety requirements placed on our industry as well as the new challenges making deliveries and pick ups for our customers including the added costs related to PPE we have made some small rate adjustments. We realize the need to continue to offer the lowest prices in the industry related to service offered. We will continue to look for ways to reduce costs and passing that along to our valued customers.
As Illinois and Indiana continue to fully open and business begins to normalize we will continue to update our site with any relevant important information.

Due to the Governors decision to extend the shelter in place order until May 31st but easing restrictions on elective procedures we will resume service on a limited basis beginning May 4th.

EFFORT TO HELP CONTROL THE SPREAD OF COVID19 - March 2020
Effective March 16th, 2020 Green Light Express will be suspending signature capturing on all electronic devices. Verification of deliveries will be done using photo delivery capture, GPS time stamping and last name recipient recording.
We will continue to clean and sanitize our equipment diligently.
NEWS AND RATE CHANGE INFORMATION - March 2020
Effective March 1, 2020 Green Light Express will have a general rate increase from 3 to 5%. There are also some small increases associated with special requests and large packages outside of our normal pricing. As it is and has always been, we do our very best to keep our expenses down and our rates below our competition. Some times minor adjustments are necessary.
As always Green Light Express will remain fuel surcharge free.
